Free trials and enquiries
Submitting a free-trial or Book a Call request does not take a payment or purchase a class package. To cancel or change a requested appointment, contact us with your name and appointment details.
Paid classes
Online checkout is not currently available. Before paying for classes arranged with Language Learners, request written confirmation of the package inclusions, schedule, payment method, and cancellation or rescheduling arrangements.
Change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please confirm that the class package and schedule suit your needs before making payment. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that must be provided by law.
